I work primarily on Aristotle’s moral psychology, especially as this helps us understand his account of the moral virtues. My research stems from an interest in Greek eudaimonism as fruitful framework for ethics as well as from thinking about the distinctive roles reason and emotion play in practical lives. I also have strong interests in ethics, both theoretical and applied.
