Max is primarily interested in issues in personal identity, bioethics, and philosophy of psychiatry. Recently, his work focuses on the relationship between personal identity and our various self and other-regarding practical concerns. He’s also interested in questions surrounding Dissociative Identity Disorder, advanced directives, and mental illness ontology.
