Philosophy of Mind

I'm interested in the essential interconnections between Husserlian phenomenology and the non-reductivist philosophy of mind. Right now, my project is about the phenomenological clarification of the mind-body problem and its origins in Descartes as well as looking at the hard problem and especially the meta-problem of consciousness from the phenomenological perspective respectively. Also, I'm interested in the problem of intuition and the role it plays in justification of our beliefs as rational. That brings me to the question of the essential difference between the rational and religious intuitions in particular.

At last, I also have some background and interest in the classical American pragmatism (e.g., William James and especially John Dewey).
